Our client is a respected general contractor specializing in high-quality, multi-family housing projects. In This Role, You Will:
Safety Leadership
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture through daily inspections, safety protocols, and proactive issue resolution.
- Ensure all team members adhere to established safety standards and procedures.
Field Operations
- Oversee all aspects of field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, site logistics, and client commitments.
- Conduct constructability reviews, safety audits, and site logistics planning.
Leadership and Communication
- Mentor and develop Foremen and craft laborers, supporting their growth and career advancement.
- Communicate effectively with field teams to champion company initiatives and project goals.
- Address performance challenges constructively, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Technology Utilization
- Leverage project-specific tools like ProCore, SurTrak, and BlueBeam to enhance workflow and efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging construction technologies to optimize project delivery.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of strong construction superintendent experience in multi-family housing projects.
- Expertise in building processes, structural building types, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, SurTrak, and other project-specific software systems.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-motivated, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on team collaboration and meeting deadlines.
